on July 24, 2010, Darrel Robbins, Terry Coleman & Andrew Vize set out to retrace the steps of Hume & Hovell in the fastest time possible. They arrived at Albury 4d21h30m later, setting the FKT for this route. Their blog has more information, including an incredibly detailed (35 pages!) report with many photos.
