Who has done those state highpoints in winter and over how many days? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Please and thank you.
Trying to set or break the continuous record for the "southern six pack" summits/state highpoints in winter. Hiking only (no skis), and only driving to available trailheads in between. No snowmobiles, either.
Any tips on how to make this more "official" are welcomed as well.
Thanks for any feedback, ADF

OK, going to attempt Clingmans Dome Saturday, Dec. 27 and the rest of the Southern Six Pack after that as fast as possible. If successful, I will report back my overall time. Shooting for 6 days. Thanks.

Completed the Southern Six Pack in winter in:
1 Day, 13 Hours, 51 Minutes, 30 Seconds. December 27-28, 2014.
Amazing weather was the key to the success.
