Not to much info on this, but check out the Expediton Amundsen Race. Ski race that crosses Hardangervidda, the results there could be a place to start. There are also some talk about biathlon skiers and crosscountry skiers from NTG Geilo skiing from Geilo to Rjukan as a long workout aka sub 8hr
