Israel National Trail (INT)

Hey there.
My name is Shahar, and I plan to hike the INT on the very next February.
my attempt will be to hike the trail self-supported in a duration of 3 weeks. (21 days) 2.23 - 3.16
I wonder if there is any record for the trail.

If there is no one, I would like to make my trip a FKT.

I never made a FKT and trying to figure out what I should do (I read the "first read this" post).

Record is apparently 12 (or 11 days). Quickly found the below online (12 days), but I believe there was an Australian runner at some point who may have improved on that one.

Assuming you read Hebrew, this article puts the FKT at 15 days for Asutralian Richard Bowles. English sources that I could quickly spot have mainly his intention to break 12 days, but seems he had a foot-problem midway.

I heard about the Australian guy and another one. very inspiring.
I understood they both did it full supported.
I wish to hike self supported, which is a total different class.

Haven't heard of someone claiming a self-supported fkt there, but you can ask in one of the Israeli ultra fb groups - I'm pretty sure a bunch of folks there will be aware.
