Mount Sir Donald is a beautiful peak above Rogers Pass in the Selkirk range of British Columbia. Its northwest ridge is a classic moderate climb on good rock. On July 31, 2017, I ran the northwest ridge of Mount Sir Donald in 2h24m45s up and 4h38m round-trip from Wheeler Hut ( Strava link, trip report). Sub-4:30 round-trip is definitely possible, since I spent about 10 minutes enjoying the summit view. I would be surprised if it could be done sub-4, but 4:1x should be possible with a better ascent rate on the trail.
