Lake Scott State Park is my local state park and trails. This Saturday, June 3, I plan on establishing a time for a set of parameters that I hope will be a fun trailrunning experience for anyone wanting to see western Kansas. LSSP is about 40 miles south of I-70, so anyone crossing Kansas who wants to get in a fun run is welcome. Here is what I'm suggesting for the parameters for anyone wanting to have a go at setting a time.
1. Run 2 standard loops (I will post a map soon to clarify standard loop). Each loop is about 10K. 2. One loop has to be run in each direction, but the order is up to the runner 3. The loops can start and end at any trail access point around the park
This Saturday will actually be my first time doing this exact combination of loops, so I look forward to see what I can get for an initial time standard.

Time was 1:36:02. One watch read 12.0 miles, the other read 11.9. My best guess on elevation gain on the route from my Garmin Fenix is 965' total.
