I will be hitting the GAP in a week or so. I havent been able to find and hiking record times. Does anyone have a lead or do they just not exist yet. Thanks.

The GAP is a rail trail between Pittsburgh and Cumberland. There currently is a thread regarding the GAP and the C&O Canal as a whole. The thread is mainly discussing bike efforts. Within the thread member gearedupadventures states he set the FKT for the GAP in June of 2016 in 137H 55M.
This weekend I along with a friend will attempt to break this record traveling form Pittsburgh to Cumberland in a self supported fashion.
Recommend that gearedupadventures posts be moved out of the C&O plus GAP thread and into this one.
