Eoin Keith discusses the route and history here. He lists "Marvelous" Mimi Anderson as the femail FKT holder with 3d15h36m set in 2012, and Richard Donovan as the (former) male FKT holder. Donovan ran the route in 2005 in 5d14h15m, and then beat that time slightly in 2008, with 5d13h23m. Running south-to-north, Keith set a new overall FKT of 3d3h47m on May 2, 2017, as reported on his Facebook.
