Hi guys, and PB, Thanks for keeping this all running, I am loving reading everyone's stories! My question is this... I am going to attempt to break the 20hr 40min FKT for The Capital Ring (78.2miles around London, England) in December and am starting my prep now to be ahead of the game. When it comes to verification, I don't want their to be any doubt over my attempt - I plan to hand out verification cards en route - what should they have ON them? - Hi, thanks for taking this card... - I am attempting to run... etc... In order to verify this attempt I would be extremely grateful if you would email and include the following details... - Where did you meet me? What day/date was it? At approximately what time? How did I look? Who was I with?
What else would you DEFINITELY include?
I have thought about numbering the cards and taking people's name on a phone with their numbers next to them but that'll slow me down and probably get annoying.
You can follow my preparation, my training, and the attempt on my blog at lifebymick.wordpress.com or on social media at lifebymick

In my view, as I have noted in the Read This First thread, you should use a SPOT or Delorme satellite tracker.

Of course, the cards would be in addition to a GPS tracker - my Forerunner 235. Need to invest in a SPOT or Delorme obviously.
