Toward the end of this summer (August), I am considering a speed traverse on the Grand, Middle and South Tetons. The route will be as follows:
Lupine Meadows Trailhead--Garnet Canyon--Owen Spalding to Summit of Grand--Descend Owen Spalding--South across saddle to Middle--North Ridge to Summit of Middle--Descend Southwest Coilour--Up West Ridge of South to summit--Descend West Ridge--Out South Fork of Cascade Canyon back to Lupine Meadows Trailhead.
I have found lots of information of the much longer Grand Traverse incorporating other peaks but not just specifically these three peaks. I am looking for any information regarding previous completions or attempts. Thank you -Miles K

Up West Ridge of South to summit--Descend West Ridge--Out South Fork of Cascade Canyon back to Lupine Meadows Trailhead. Do you mean the south fork of Garnet Canyon? Going down Cascade is way out of the way. I've done most of this in bits and pieces, and I think the hardest part will be the north ridge of the Middle, in terms of both grade and route-finding. In any case, it sounds like a fun route, and much more accessible to mere mortals than the Grand Traverse.
