I've done it in 10h20m, unsupported, starting from Rocky Mountain Bagel on 8th St. and ending at the bus stop at Benchlands & Bow Valley Trail. I suspect this isn't an FKT. I didn't realize until recently that there was a parameter about starting/finishing at the Georgetown Inn, though it makes sense. Also I didn't go to the true summit of Lady Mac, just summit ridge Here's data about my most recent Triple Crown trip: www.movescount.com/moves/move32090607If anyone else has info about a Triple Crown FKT, I'd love to know more!

Somewhere along the way Grotto was added to the challenge and the name has also evolved from Canmore 4 Peaks, Canmore Challenge, to the Canmore Quad (see "Canmore Quad" thread under Canada FKT's)- both Phil Villeneuve (http://x-cphil.blogspot.com/2011/09/canmore-4-peaks-challenge.html)and Andy Reed (http://canmoremd.blogspot.ca/2013/07/the-canmore-quad-take-2.html?m=1) have blogged the details, Adam Campbell holds current record set June 8, 2014 in just under 9:23 (for all four!).
There is also now a Banff Challenge: Cascade, Rundle, Sulphur first completed by Paul Wathan in 15:32 (http://thebigadventurearoundtheglobe.blogspot.ca/2013/08/banff-3-peaks-challenge-21st-of-august.html) and new record set on October 18, 2013 by Ian MacNairn in 12:55

Earlier last week, I made an attempt on Ian MacNairn's Banff Triple (Cascade, Rundle, Sulphur) FKT and was able to bring the FKT down to 12:13 (http://www.movescount.com/moves/move70328556). Huge respect to Ian for doing that route in October conditions - I felt challenged enough doing it in the middle of summer.
