Does anyone know the FKT for the Welch Dickey Loop? I run it a lot and recently did it in 49:38.

Pat, I was trolling the board and saw your post... Nice work under 50min. I'd bet Timmy D. has an impressive time for the loop... (I think sub 42) Shim and I both had it down to around 45min. The down gets a little crazy. If your looking for somebody to get out for a ridge run sometime e-mail me at mcshane@profile.k12.nh.us
