I'm interested in that as well. I'm training for a potential unsupported VA AT run in the next few years. Right now I'm running sections to get familiar with the trail. Started doing out and backs, now doing overnighters. My goal would be 50 to 60 miles a day to come under 10 days. Of course this all wishful thinking as I slowly ramp up my mileage to see if my aging body can handle the distance and terrain. Going to be 60 next year, started trail running and ultras a few years back so I'm actually getting stronger. I love running on the AT.
