I ran the Mantario Trail on September 3, 2017, in a time of 8:57. It's a 65km-long trail in Eastern Manitoba, known for being rocky. I also found it to be rather overgrown, though it's still a lot of fun. I posted my GPS track to Strava. I ran it from south to north. I wouldn't recommend a rainy day for a speed attempt as the rocks get slippery. I asked around while training for my run. My 8:57 is the women's FKT. I've since been told by one of his friends that Dallas Sigurdur ran it in 8:30 one year, but he didn't have a GPS. So, I consider that the unofficial overall FKT.
