Myself and two others will be attempting a self supported FKT on the Boise Peaks Grand Slam - a route consisting of linking up 4 major peaks near Boise, ID. Mount Kepros, Lucky Peak (Shaw Mountain), Cervidae Peak, and Mount Heinen.
We will be doing this route human powered - hiking/running the peaks and cycling on the road/highway between each trail head.
We are aiming to start at 5:00AM Saturday May 20, and will begin by parking at and climbing Kepros before cycling to Lucky Peak trail head, Cervidae, and Heinen in that order.
We'll have multiple GPS routes of the course and take photos along the way. Total distance estimate is 35.5 miles of running and 27.2 miles of cycling with between 11,000-13,000 feet of gain.

Sean Olson, Brady Johnson, and myself managed to complete the route as planned on Saturday. Total time of 14:22 from car-to-car. We had a few setbacks and I think there is a lot of time left on the table out there, but it looks as if this is the first attempt of these peaks in this fashion (point to point without a vehicle). Total distance was ~63.8 miles, ~35 miles of foot travel and ~28 miles of MTB travel between the trailheads. Strava post here of the entire route (recorded as a ride). www.strava.com/activities/997811627Local Idaho Summits Blog info. www.network54.com/Forum/105717/message/1495383404I'll put together a trip report with more data in the next couple days.
