Dan Gardiner set the men's FKT for Kings Peak, 4h34m (car-to-car), set August 16, 2014.
Anna Frost has the women's FKT for Kings, 4h47m56s (car-to-car), set July 28, 2014.
Kings Peak (13,528') lies deep in the Uinta Range and is the highest summit in Utah. There are several trailheads to access Kings, but the shortest and most commonly used approach is from the Henry's Fork TH. Even this route requires a 25-mile round trip with 4000' of vertical gain (and loss).
World-class mountain runner Anna Frost ran Kings from the Henry's Fork TH in 4h47m56s car-to-car on July 28, 2014, setting the women's FKT and matching the overall FKT for the peak. Her ascent time was 2h33m. She gives splits and some photos on her blog.
A quick internet search reveals that, prior to Frost, Andy Dorais and Kyle Perry ran Kings in 5h29m01s on August 21, 2010, and Jason Dorias ran Kings in 5h05m (2h45m ascent) on July 26, 2012. Below, Aaron Kennard reports running Kings in 4h48m in the Quest for Kings run August 13, 2011. This would be the overall FKT at least until Anna Frost's 4h47m56s (Kennard didn't give seconds). Really these times should be considered a tie. Dan Gardiner lowered the FKT by 14 min. August 16, 2014, again in the Quest for Kings race.
For some reason, while the "Utah Triple Crown" (Kings, South Kings and Gilbert Peaks) has been pretty hotly contested, Kings itself has seen little reported speed record activity so far. However, there has been an informal "race" on the peak from time to time. More info is here.
