On October 25th, 2017, I ran a new FKT on the Great Range Traverse of 5:24:40. I had my watch set to "mountaineering", which samples every 60 seconds, hence the low distance. sorry! I also hit pause for 1 second, which threw the time off a little bit. www.movescount.com/moves/move183430475

To put any confusion to rest, on August 15th, 2017, Ryan Atkins ran the Canmore Quad in a time of 8:48:21. GPS trackThere is a time discrepancy of 3 seconds from when i accidentally paused the track twice, while coming off of grotto. It is shown in the "pauses" section on movescount. It was a beautiful day, good conditions, albeit a little warm, with temperatures in town of 29 celcius. The run was self-supported, with a few food and water drops along with way (base of lady mac, top of spray lakes)

On August 1st 2017, Ryan Atkins ran the Coastal trail from Gargantua to Agawa bay, Unsupported, in 7:51:40, setting a new FKT on the short route. Conditions were dry, but hot and dealing with the heat and navigation were the biggest issues of the day. Lots of blueberries and overgrown trail, but it is such a beautiful route. I ran the FPT on June 8th, 2017, in a time of 4:19:48 (according the the Strava CR). Trail was super wet, from the spring flooding, and washed out in places. However, still a very beautiful and inspiring loop. Have fun out there! www.strava.com/activities/1026911489/overview--Ryan Atkins

I believe Jeff's Unnoficial 9:17 is the FKT My documented 9:19:58 is the fastest documented time and Adam's 9:23 is the second fastest.
I'm going back this summer to try to break 9:17. With a GPS track.

On August 2nd, 2014, Ryan Atkins ran the Canmore Quad, in 9:19:58. Here is my GPS file. www.movescount.com/moves/move37513749It was a beautiful day, got started at around 5:15am, and pushed hard until the end. I took a poor route through town on the first pass through, but figured it out on the second pass. Overall, a very difficult run, with tons of climbing and descending.
