Does anyone know of a FKT on the Mohawk Trail in Connecticut? It used to be part of the Appalachian Trail before the re-routed it to the other side of the Housatonic River. It is now a blue-blazed trail maintained by the Connecticut Forest & Parks Association. I haven't done the whole thing in a clip but plan on doing it from the trailhead near Housatonic Valley Regional High School heading south in a "C" shape to it's terminus on top of Breadloaf Mt. (and junction with AT). It's something like 24 miles.
If anyone's done this and kept track, I'd love to know the time. I know many have hiked it, but don't know about a running time. Thanks.
OP EDIT: Scott Gregor, in establishing an FKT on the Mohawk/AT Loop, set an FKT on the Mohawk Trail travelling from the northern junction of the AT and Mohawk Trail to it's southern junction in 5:27:12 on July 16, 2017.
