Toward the end of this summer (August), I am considering a speed traverse on the Grand, Middle and South Tetons. The route will be as follows:
Lupine Meadows Trailhead--Garnet Canyon--Owen Spalding to Summit of Grand--Descend Owen Spalding--South across saddle to Middle--North Ridge to Summit of Middle--Descend Southwest Coilour--Up West Ridge of South to summit--Descend West Ridge--Out South Fork of Cascade Canyon back to Lupine Meadows Trailhead.
I have found lots of information of the much longer Grand Traverse incorporating other peaks but not just specifically these three peaks. I am looking for any information regarding previous completions or attempts. Thank you -Miles K

Do you mean the south fork of Garnet Canyon? Going down Cascade is way out of the way. I've done most of this in bits and pieces, and I think the hardest part will be the north ridge of the Middle, in terms of both grade and route-finding. In any case, it sounds like a fun route, and much more accessible to mere mortals than the Grand Traverse.
